We offer the most daily classes of any gym in the tri-beach area. But that doesn't begin to define us. We have been a leader in quality coaching and outstanding community for the past 7 years. Every athlete is unique, and we prioritize individualization in every aspect of our training. We care, and that is why we offer the free 30-minute consult with every contract that is purchased. Connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals is our goal. We are a strong community of friends that hangout outside the gym. The majority of my social network comes from the gym. We play sports together, have community events and parties, beach workouts, hikes, and anything else to enhance life outside the gym. I love connecting with the members and creating long-lasting relationships.
