Wesley took time to explain the importance of eating right, confidence, and good health to my son Sean. As a parent, you can stress this to your child, but sometimes it is better coming from someone else. Sean really likes the workouts and how Wes pushes him to be his very best!!!

How did you get started teaching?

Played 15 years of football, the USMC, and finally just simply the love of feeling better as I get older.  I refuse to go quietly, so I choose to take a bite out of life, not let it take a bite out of me!!!

What types of students have you worked with?

All walks of life, from 13 - 63, athletes to business owners.  Cancer survivors, injury recovery and rehabilitation clients as well.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

That would be hard, there are too many.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Please, please, please "TRUST THE PROCESS".  It's not quick nor is it easy, if it was easy everyone would be fit,  right!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Can they be honest with themselves and commit to the process.
