I have an active back ground in boxing, kick boxing and mix martial arts. I train under Ralph Gracie. I do cardio, aerobic exercised, compound exercises, kettle bell and power conditioning. I apply these myself in training. Ive helped clients in my gym improve their skill and get them in great shape.
I love boxing and martial arts. Ive been doing this since I was 8 years old. Teaching boxing, muay thai and Jiu Jitsu is an absolute joy. It has shaped the person I am today. I like that you get in shape, build confidence and learn discipline. I see that challenges can be over comed and it works in a basis of our daily lives. I enjoy setting goals and accomplishing them. Bringing customers satisfaction is my goal.
I like training with Mike since he started out just getting to know how to work with me. I love that he is at the present with you and makes sure your doing the right techniques and for the most part getting me in shape and seeing progression.
I generally ask what their goal is and from a level of 1 to 10 what they are comfortable starting with. I usually start out light work outs. I generalize a whole body work out and I make a game to challenge as well fun. I also schedule a plan what we will work on through out our sessions from a beginner level to and intermediate level.
I am a mix martial art fighter and Muay Thai fighter. I have coached students at my gym taught classes from Kids to adults. I work with other coaches and I train with them when I have fights on schedule. I have learned several types of work outs that changes the body. I also educate on certain dieting and methods to getting to a certain goal.
