    I met Gerard at a fitness studio that I had been going to for 3 years. I was extremely happy at that studio, but I am even happier having Gerard as my personal trainer. The fact that he trained and competed professionally as a body builder himself is what initially drew me in as, clearly, he knows what hes doing. I was correct in my assumption; he is a human encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information. The variety in exercises we do is astonishing and tailored to my individual fitness goals. No two sessions are the same. He is sensitive to limitations and injuries. His encouragement keeps me pushing harder, and he seems genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. I now prefer working out with Gerard. I have benefitted greatly from his guidance, support, and expertise and will continue my fitness journey with him as my coach.

    We generally setup a time to meet for a fitness asessment and from there I can see where your at physically and from there I can tell you how long and how we’re going to get to your goals ...We choose times and dates to meet and the nutrition and training program that fits your needs and budget !!

    I have over 20 years working with many types of people helping them reach there health and body goals ...I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA/NASM) and im a nutritionist as well as CPR certified .

    I offer training packages and nutrition plans..Generally I offer packages of 12-48 training sessions as well meal plans too..The pricing starts at $100/hr and is discounted as you buy more training sessions
