What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We generally setup a time to meet for a fitness asessment and from there I can see where your at physically and from there I can tell you how long and how we’re going to get to your goals ...We choose times and dates to meet and the nutrition and training program that fits your needs and budget !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years working with many types of people helping them reach there health and body goals ...I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA/NASM) and im a nutritionist as well as CPR certified .

I offer training packages and nutrition plans..Generally I offer packages of 12-48 training sessions as well meal plans too..The pricing starts at $100/hr and is discounted as you buy more training sessions
