I have been coaching athletics for over 35 years. My approach to health and fitness is focusing on essential movement and strength. I have a very pragmatic teaching style. Sessions will be hard work, and appropriate to your current abilities. You will be challenged, but you will learn a lot about yourself and surprise yourself with what you are capable of.
