I enjoy it when my clients see results and start getting that "enlightened" moment when they're training. A lot of what I do involves training movement patterns and motor control. So when the clients notice the change, it feels great.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process involves learning about their normal routine, eating habits, and goals are. I typically follow up with an alignment check and movement pattern check. Then Work them towards their projected goal over the next 4 weeks while getting to know them and adjusting to refine the program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer as well as a GMB Certified movement trainer. I've also been in the martial arts and coach boxing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rates usually run from $40-$80 per session depending on whats needed.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started in teaching in 2002 with the martial arts. I'm a big fan of learning and really immersing yourself in what you do.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students across the board. Whether its a child looking to get better at sports or an older older with flexibility issues. I do tend to receive tougher cases in that clients come to me with many pre-existing injuries.
