My name is Diego Reyes, Strength and conditioning Coach trainer as well as a Basketball performance and skill development coach. I work with any level athlete to develop the client’s skills involving shooting, dribbling, passing, IQ, movement, while developing their athletic abillity such as their speed, agility, strength and overall athleticism to the peak of their abilities. My complete focuses are on basketball and the athletic development together. My athletic background involves collegiate basketball and with great knowledge of exercise science I am able to give my clients the best possible training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Begin with an evaluation process with a few drills, movements. Each session will involve a warm up, drills and sport specific activities that will benefit the athlete.
