Hi I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and I've been working in the fitness industry as a Personal trainer for more than 10 years with clients from different age groups. My training sessions are custom-made according to the clients physical capacity and goals. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, firming and toning, core strength, agility, yoga, kickboxing and more.

I am a peoples person and like to help by staying focused and well connected with my clients till they achieve there goals. I train my clients in a well equipped gym in the Pico/ Robertson area and I also do home training.

Frequently asked questions

Every individual is different so I take a quick interview about their goals, exercising history, any previous injuries etc. based on which I create a custom made workout. 

I am a nationally accredited Personal trainer and was long associated with a Famous chain of fitness facilities on the west side. I started training Privately since that gyms closure. 

I've always been physically active in my life and have played some football and done track in high school. I'm also a good teacher and like to help so that helped in me being a successful personal trainer. 

I work with people from different age groups with different physical capacities and fitness goals. I have trained kids as young as 14 years old and at present my eldest client is 84 years old. 

I have many stories to share But this one is very memorable, One of my clients lost a total of 184 pounds during a 2 year time frame.  I also have more than 5 people working out with me at present for more than 5 years and continuing so that itself is a big compliment for the work I do. 

I would advise the student that after doing the initial search they should ask for a fitness orientation and try a session to check the training style and knowledge the trainer possesses.
