Webb Health and Fitness utilizes a functional approach to fitness and training. My goal is to provide clients with a wide base of general physical preparedness. I want my clients to be able to complete any given task at hand anywhere from lifting that heavy bag of mulch out in their yard to running a 10k. I use body weight, calisthenics, weight lifting, interval training, mobility/flexibility, and corrective movements to achieve the goals of my patients and clients.
Although it sounds simple, I truly love seeing people move better. We are made to run, jump, pull, climb, push, etc. and when I see someone completing these tasks with efficient movement, it means that it will likely carry over to their lives.
I have been coaching clients for 8 years (whoa, I'm aging myself here!). I have been working with cardiac patients in a clinical setting as well for the past 5 years which I feel has made me a much more well rounded coach and trainer.
