My name is Kristy and I am a 10 year gym owner and 13 year coach. I strongly believe that solid basics and a strong foundation will set people up for success for the rest of their lives. I have a team of coaches that are dedicating to creating physical freedom for their clients, regardless of their experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a 6 class on ramp that prepares students for regular classes. We teach the foundational movements and help improve cardiovascular endurance, all in preparation of transitioning to full CrossFit classes.
Personal training is private, one-on-one trying that allows for customized programming and detailed coaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our coaches are certified CrossFit trainers.
CrossFit L2 trainer, CrossFit gymnastics certified, USAW Level 1 Coach, StrongFit coach

We offer monthly payment plans.
Unlimited classes - $160/month
3x a week - $145/month

How did you get started teaching?
Started participating in the sport, then decided to help share our love of CrossFit with other people.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with all types of students. All ages and all skill levels.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be picky, make sure you find someone that is invested in keeping you safe and injury free. This sport can be hard on your body, find a place where they value longevity.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be commited to change. The first few months are a little rough for some new students.
