I found a love for fitness and helping others through sports. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, I know how important it is to build a well-balanced body that not only looks good but performs and maintains function. I have adopted the moto “Look Better, Feel Better, And Be Better.” As fitness and nutrition can bring out the best in people. When we look better, we feel better, and this inspires us to be better every day. What I enjoy the most is seeing my clients accomplish this every day.

Typically with a new client we start with a basic exercise assessment. This allows us to see where the client is currently with their fitness level. Then we begin their training program by building basic strength and conditioning. It's very important to build a strong stable base before introducing more complex movements. All of our programs are custom to the individual and will progress or regress accordingly.
I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the NCCA accredited National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). Also through NESTA I hold certifications in physique & figure, lifestyle & weight management, group fitness training, functional training, and sports injury.
I have been a Trainer since 2018 and have worked with all types of clients. From little league baseball players, post rehabilitation athletes, elderly, weight loss, and muscle building.
At 8 Seconds Fitness our pricing structure is as follows:
In person Training:
1on1-$55 per session
Small Group (2-6 people)- $25 per person per session.
Fitness (weight loss/muscle building)-$250 monthly.
Sports Performance (sport specific)- $250 monthly.
