My name is Alex, I am a bilingual (English and French) Fitness Professional and Certified Personal Trainer. I come from Switzerland and now live in Colorado Springs. I am ready to coach motivated clients in order to help them reach their fitness goals. I am a Specialist in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and love to customize these types of « ultra efficient » workouts proven to work best for burning undesired body fat while increasing lean muscle mass and improving Athletic performances. I also use « low impact » moderate to high intensity exercices to preserve articulations and joints health.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I receive a coaching inquiry, I organize a Skype discussion with the potential client or meet him/her in person. We usually meet at my gym/studio to discuss goals and talk about the client needs.

Don’t look for the cheapest coach but the knowledgeable coach you feel confortable with.
