What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Free 1 hour consultation which also includes free assessments. Once completed I will go through form and come up with the workouts that are individualized to your specific physical and nutrition goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed school with hands on training as well as have worked with 100's of clients on how to transform their lives through fitness and accomplish goals while being successful and understanding that failure is ok.
How did you get started teaching?
My fitness journey began after I was unhappy with my weight in the 9th grade. I reached 200 lbs and was struggling to tie my shoes. I needed to make healthy lifestyle changes and I started running and doing calisthenics. I discovered exercises and nutritional foods that worked for me and dropped to a healthy weight. Today, I truly believe fitness can positively change lives.
What types of students have you worked with?
Women and men from ages 18-60
all that may have had shoulder injuries, arthritis, broken bones, pregnant, diastasis recti, corrective exercise, athletes, and many more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm very excited ever time I hear that there is a fitness expo because so many of us are trying to help others love fitness and spread the joy of what it can do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If they do not want to really get to know you and why it is that you want to change please don't hire. They should always find out more about who you are and what it is your doing this for.
