I'm one of the finest personal trainers and group exercise coaches out there. I give may clients exactly what they want and then some. Weight loss, strength & conditioning, bodybuilding, fat loss, pain relief, fixing imbalances, etc. No matter where you're starting from I can and will create the best program for you guaranteed.

Before I became a trainer I was obese myself. I lost over 60 pounds and the feeling of accomplishment was incredible. I love it when my clients get that same feeling following the hard work they've put in.
Personal training is almost like working as an artist. You're sculpting your client's body into something they can be proud of. I love getting deep into the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For our first session we sit down and talk about your fitness needs, your goals, your current activity level and I'll find out any other relevant information in order to best put together a workout plan for you. Then we'll do a quick 30 minute workout right there so you will have an idea of my training style and the type of exercises I'd be having you do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Personal Training from Intellitec College.
I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I have secondary certifications in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Group Exercise and MMA Conditioning.

How did you get started teaching?
I originally got into fitness to address my own obesity and poor health. I decided I wanted to make a career of it when I realized how good it felt to make those improvements, and I desired to help improve others in the same way.
What types of students have you worked with?
All kinds. I've worked with older and younger clients, out shape and athletes. There is no one i would turn away.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your own health goals and needs. Also know that nothing is going to be instant. Real change takes time, patience and dedication.
