We go through a consultation form first and then we have a conversation about what kind of program the client is looking for. I then write the programming and implement in through my app for the client.

I started in 2016. I worked as an actor and model before that, so I was always into fitness for a hobby and I’ve always had a passion for it. I decided to turn my passion into a career and here I am three years later absolutely loving it.
