Hey there! My name is Coach Jake. I'm a certified personal trainer who uses boxing as an alternative training method to improving your cardio, muscular endurance, reaction speed and co-ordination! Cardio is one of the biggest areas of exercise that most people neglect primarily for one reason... ITS BORING! Boxing provides an excellent way to increase your cardio capacity while learning not just a fun new skill, but also a practical one.

I can help create a custom program tailored to your fitness goals and use boxing as a way to keep the sessions fresh and entertaining while we put in the work! I have a very proficient knowledge of boxing form and technique to give you authentic and real boxing skills. We will not just be hitting a heavy bag.

I am also a former youth football coach who helped bring a team from 3 losing seasons, to 3 playoff seasons and 2 state championship games. Working with youth is another big passion of mine. I believe that a good coach/teacher/mentor can make a huge impact on a child for a life time. I have experience with kids of all ages.
