Furthermore, I recently earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver in order to further expand knowledge of the human body and increase my capacity to help others.

My previous experience includes the assessing, programming, and training of a wide array of clientele, ranging from high school athletes to those in their mid-eighties, Additionally, I have interned with two D1 NCAA athletic programs, the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University, and currently hold a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan.

Now I’m on a mission to bring superior quality online training services to guys and gals in their 20’s and 30’s who want to win back their athleticism through hard work and determination. Matt is my favorite trainer to date! He writes my training programs, nutrition guides, and routinely checks in on my progress. He keeps me focused, goal-oriented, and moving forward - he’s also very knowledgeable and continually provides education throughout the training process. I look forward to my training sessions every week!
