About
It is my passion to help people reach fitness goals in a safe effective way. I also loving passing my knoweledge on and seeing people incorperate that into the way they live.
I acheived my Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2015, I have been personal training now for 2 years and have significant experience in corrective exercise, strength and conditioning and recovery. I have also studied brazilian jiu jitsu for 4 years now and I have the rank of blue belt.
I am excited to help people in their fitness and martial arts journies and I am constanly expanding my knoweledge to give the best possible instruction.
Seeing Physical progress and my clients knoweledge increase. The saying "teach man/women to fish and they will never be hungry" applies to both personal training and jiu jitsu. If I can increase your knoweledge in the study, that is a huge victory for me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically will start with asking questions on goals, injuries, physical limitations as well as what a persons vocation and day to day life looks like. This helps me get a better understanding of what someone struggles with and how this can impact their ability to learn, adapt, stay consistent and their time constraints.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Exercise Physiology
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Typically personal training sessions/Jiu jitsu lessons are 40/hr
How did you get started teaching?
For personal training I have been instructing ever since I got a job in a physical therapy office.
Jiu jitsu I recently started teaching beginners courses with Limitless Martial Arts.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all athletic ability, different ages from teenagers on up.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher who never stops furthering their own education. The field is constantly evolving and they should keep up with the latest science and techniques.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Have a general idea about things like how much time you can commit with the instructor each week, budget, and overall goals.
