What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Nutrition:
I like to get to know the individual. Next I go over a set of questions that help focus on areas of improvement. Then I consult and give advice. Also we would follow up through messages and finding a time to have another one on one time in person or on the phone.
Basketball:
First I like to get to know the player, next I'd like to know how they would like to improve, and then offer suggestions and drills to improve as I make them the best basketball player possible mentally and physically. I am available to message on my cell phone and then can make a plan to meet for a lesson and will keep up the basketball relationship as long as you'd like.
