Frequently asked questions

We fist talk over the phone so we can learn more about you and your goals! If we feel we may be a good fit then we will schedule a consultation to learn more about you using our in depth analysis. We then will show you the recommended program that will fit your goals and budget.

All of our staff has national personal training certifications and fitness degrees.

Our pricing varies based on the time you are looking to train for at each session or the small group package you buy. Please see our website for our updated pricing at horizonpersonaltraining.com. We do however, pride ourselves with a no-pressure sale culture to show our clients we care far more about their goals and providing the comfortable atmosphere they deserve.

"I realized early on by conquering my own hardships that my life’s passion & purpose is to help others reach their fitness goals. I do this by spreading my energy & motivation driven by my passion, it’s actually somewhat selfish as I personally get fulfillment when I contribute toward your success and feel the benefit from the gratitude you feel when you’ve had enormous success, not only for the short term, but for a lifestyle change!"

We are very experienced with youth, teen, adult and senior clients to help reach the goals they have with any limitations they have!

What really sets us apart from the others is that we are fond of so many drastic changes our clients make which happens all of the time! It is always a difficult choice to choose a client for our "member of the week" board!

This is a great question as you have many options. I would say to evaluate and walk through at least 3 facilities. Look at their cleanliness, how staff interact with clients, how clients are responding, success rate of clients, retention of clients, history of the business, make sure they aren't too into the sale or use high pressure tactics, ask for client referrals or testimonials and evaluate and check their professional certifications.

What are your specific goals?! This is the most important because too often this isn't defined clear enough. When you have a clear picture of what you want, we can easily create a road map for you to get there!
