I am here to give you a real personal training experience. I see a lot of trainers gyms will be barely paying attention to you or even training other people that you don't even know! I want to make sure that when I am training you that you are the only person I'm helping. I will make sure that you want to work out. I am not here to force you to work out im here to give you that extra push you've been needing but have been unable to do on your own.
I am certified in both Personal Training & Nutrition and I offer online plans and tracking as well for a monthly fee.
I personally have been working out on and off for 10 years now. I know what it's like to fall of track and find reasoning to not work out. I've also trained family and friends throughout the years and showcasing positive results. Even without my certifications I have done 1000s of hours of research on various things relating to health & fitness because it truly interests me. I've finally decided to begin my own business helping people lose weight and feel better about themselves. I now have a home gym furnished with plenty of equipment and I am also willing to train you in your home, at a gym that allows outside trainers and anywhere else that we can work out.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we would need to go over the students goals, why they have decided they needed a personal trainer and any health issues that may affect how the workout and/or diet is designed. Next we would determine how many times a week they can workout with me. Then we would discuss pricing and go over the legal parts. All of this can be done over the phone online or in person. The first session depending on the trainees experience will be getting a baseline of where they are fitness wise.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies depending on how many sessions you purchase at once and what your goals are. The more sessions you buy the less expensive the per session. I also am able to train more than one person thus reducing the cost per person per session as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of the people that I have trained have been for weight loss. Me personally, I've trained for muscle and strength gain.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I do not recommend going with someone just because they are less expensive. Usually if the price is too good to be true then it is.
