I have been teaching for offering successful online training for over 6 yrs and been in the industry for over 20 .I offer above and Beyond service for anyone's health , nutrition and fitness goals at affordable prices. I am a one of a kind trainer that in one session we can tackle personal training goals ,guided health and wellness individualized care programs( for nutrition and fitness) , and even relaxation , meditation and injury recovery time.

I have been in the health fitness Industry for over 20 years. I am a master dance teacher, trainer and founder of tri flow fitness & health. As well as accredited by I SSA.

How did you get started teaching?
I studied dance health and fitness in college and danced professionally and a modern dance company for a couple of years I am truly passionate about health and fitness as I myself have gone through the journey and dance will always be a part of my life
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages from two to senior and all abilities beginner to the advanced athlete as well as people that are just looking to have fun that is why I love my personal training sessions and fitness health or dance because it fits your needs
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My best advice to somebody looking to hire a teacher in my area is find the perfect fit don’t settle for less demand the best that way your journey is the best journey it could be
