With over 15 years of experience as a strength coach, I have worked with professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, and MLB, as well as countless collegiate and high school athletes. My background as a former collegiate basketball player gives me a deep understanding of the physical demands and challenges faced by athletes.

What sets me apart is my Neuro Approach to training the body. I firmly believe that training the brain is just as important as training the body. I incorporate cognitive drills into my training programs, which have been proven to improve memory, decision-making, and coordination.
