Hello, My name Is Rhonda I have been a persoanl trainer for over 30 years .I am committed and dedicated to helping people be the best version of themselves. I am a Nationally certified Personal Trainer, TRx ,and functional ageing certified specialist ,as well as a nutritional coaching.If you go to my website.... What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process with working with a new client is to do a health history questionaire, discuss their goals, expectations , and answer any questions they may have, and then do an evaluation on their form
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience working with all age groups doing group exercise, functional training , HIIT training TRX, Bodybuilding, to name a few
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is either 35.00 dollars for half hours, or 60.00 dollars for an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in the 80's to get myself in shape,fell in love with working out and 30 years later i'm still at it
What types of students have you worked with?
I enjoy working with all students from young to old my youngest is 14 and my oldest is 90 ,andstill going strong!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have competed in both Bodybuilding and figure competitons, which i am very proud of during my career.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advise when looking for a trainer is Knowledge in the field, and how that trainer takes care of themselves is a reflexion of them living a healthy lifestyle, they must always be mindful of your form ,and ensure a safe and effective workout.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Talk to your trainer about any concerns you may have they want whats best for you
