We specialize in providing fitness solutions for our clients that allow them improve their overall health and functions, achieve and maintaining a healthy body weight and providing them with safe and effective customized exercise programs scheduled at their convenience.
We work with experienced exercisers and those that have little or no experience with exercise and may have several age-related physical conditions such as (arthritis, joint replacement, overweight, etc.), and sees the value in hiring a coach to get results.
Our clients are not looking for the quick fix but are willing to commit to making the necessary lifestyle changes that will enable them to remain independent and allow them to enjoy life to the fullest. They value their health and realize the importance of making fitness and proper nutrition a priority for the rest of their lives.
Training 4 Fitness trainers are certified with The National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as having the distinctive credentials of Certified Functional Aging Specialist and have no less than a Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field. With over 30 years of experience T4F trainers understand how to get great results for our clients based on age, gender, physical condition, goals, etc. T4F trainers personally design each client’s programs and provide a consistent source of motivation and accountability to ensure our clients reach their goals.
