This is the best trainer Ive had. He breaks down every drill you do, he does the drill with you and explains it perfectly and he has alot of patience with you and he knows what is talking about theres some trainers that dont really know what they be talking about half of the time coach Jeff knows what he be talking about. Definitely choose this trainer wont be disappointed
