We are a family owned gym operated by certified trainers and coaches, committed to providing you motivation, accountability, and results.

We have several ways to begin, depending on your goals.  Women interested in weight loss can begin with our Women Only Bootcamp.  Anyone interested in toning or building muscle can try the Bodybuilding Bootcamp to sculpt their body.  

To improve you health and performance we offer up to 4 FREE private one-on-one sessions when you begin our Cross Training program.  

Personal Training client get one FREE private personal training session to make sure we have found the perfect trainer for you!

Our memers often transition from one program to another depending on where they are at in their fitness journey!

All of our coaches are certified by nationally recognized fitness organizations! They complete an extensive 80 hour internship period before being hired and have accountability check-ins twice a week with the owner to make sure you are on track toward reaching your goals! Even our coaches have coaches!  

Owner of Club One Athletics, Chase has been an athlete all his life, a two time Scholar Athlete award recipient, and a US Army National Scholar Athlete Award recipient. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Exercise Science from the University of Florida.

Chase is a CrossFit Level 1 coach, CrossFit Mobility coach, and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. His gymnastics and wrestling background, combined with years in the fitness equipment industry, give him unparalleled experience which he applies to coaching.

Explaining the details, the how and why of CrossFit is one of Chase’s favorite things to do!

Chase is also a graduate, staff, and senior coach of the Gratitude Training program.  He brings tools from this life changing program to his training and is committed to your results!

We have pricing plans to fit every budget with classes as low as $2.50 per class!

You can pay by the class, buy a package of classes or private sessions at a discount, or take advantage of the most cost effective unlimited membership options.  

We honor your commitment to your goals by offering additional discounts for aggreeing to 3, 6, and 12 month payment plans too!

I have been a passionate fitness profesional since a child.  Starting as a gold medal winning gymnast went on to become a gold medal winning wrestler.  I was the teachers assistant for my strength training and wrestling coach and knew every muscle in the body by 8th grade!  

During my college years at the University of Florida I studied and graduated with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and Entrepreneurship, which led me to design a winning combination of fitness and business practices that produce extraordinary results for my clients!  

I opened Club One Athletics after falling in love with and seeing the real life value of Cross Training and Functional Fitness.  Several years ago we expanded to include personal training and programs like the one-of-a-kind Bodybuilding Bootcamp and Women ONLY Bootcamp.

We strive to provide custom solutions for clients of all ages and fitness levels.  Everyone starts somewhere and meeting someone right where they are at is what allows us to coach them to where they want to be.

Seeing someone accomplish their dreams is what motivates us to stand for you especially on the days where someone may struggle with their commitment. 

I have worked with a range of clients from professional athletes to gastric bypass patients.  We provide services like corrective exercise for injury recovery and prevention, sport specific training for athletes, all the way to bodybuilding competitors.  Whether you are overweight, underqweight, out of shape, or in peak physical condition, we have a trainer that can suit your specific fitness level and goals.

We host our annual Friday Night Lights fudraiser which includes 5 weeks of in house contests and competitions. During this event we raise over $1000 each week for a different local charity chosen by our members.  Local sponsorships come from professionals in our membership community so we create a win-win opportunity, supporting our member businesses, local charities, and our athletes.  This all happens while having the time of our lives and creating a team experience where we all support each other in accomplishing new levels of fitness!

I hihly recommend having a personal conversation to make sure it is a good fit for you.  The only way to reach your goals is to have a good plan of action.  If your GPS wasn't working you would have a hard time getting to your destination.  If you didn't know what that destination was, how would you even get there?

Thats why we speak to you personally and offer your first workout FREE.  We want to get to know you, what your goals are, and get to the underlying reasons you goals are important.  The big "why" is what will keep you on track, and knowing that is integral to coaching you.  The personal connection is where the real value is in a coaching/training relationship!

Firstly, determine what your goal is in specific, measurable, tangible terms.  Only after exaclty determining what you really want can you start to achieve it!  (We can help you discover and describe this)

Second, determine why it is important to you.  How will your life be different when you achieve this goal, how will you feel, how will it impact your career, family, relationships, including your relationship to your self.  This is the fuel that will have you show up on days you may waiver in your committment. 

Third, determine a specific, measurable course of action.  With a plan you will be able to execute effective and efficient action that will get you there as quickly as possible.  

Last, have someone in your corner who will inspire you, and course correct you.  This is where we come in, we take a stand for you to have it happen.  We are committed to your commitments, even when it is uncomfortable, because seeing you reach your goals is the biggest reward for you and for us!
