Our mobile application goes far beyond the 1 on 1 session. We see too many trainers in the gym who only show up for the session and dont follow through on anything else. With our mobile app it provides an all in one solution so you have access to workouts, diet, progress tracking and 2 way messaging. Please visit website for more details.

I have had a passion to help people transform their body to their goals needs and wants. My approach is based off training and eating smarter, not always harder.

Most clients come to me for a personalized structure or how I refer to it "turn by turn gps guide," to tone and tighten trouble areas. Our customized mobile application helps cover this

My experience is over a decade of helping people from all walks of life. Some of my best services are weightloss, diet consulting, and stretching. Some of my favorite things to train are legs, glutes, arms and abs.

I have worked as a workshop instructor for NFPT, certifying private trainers such as myself, and trainers in the corporate world such as orange theory or La fitness

Improving people's lifestyle through health and fitness. My biggest accomplishments are hearing the words thank you from my clients.

How did you get started teaching?

My passion as a kid has always been helping people and sports. I grew up playing soccer and other sports so being active was natural for me. At the age of 14 I was interested in learning how to weight train. It started with a weight training class in highschool. Then at 16 came my first gym membership. My curiosity about health and fitness paired with my own personal goals drove me to get certified as a personal trainer at the age of 18. Since then I have been able to not only educate myself as a personal trainer but also have the opportunity to work as an educator, and get licensed as a massage therapist.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people. While weight loss/fatloss is the most common client, I have also helped people recovery from injury, gain weight or muscle, get off medications, improve sports performance.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Some of my most fond memories are my clients success stories. My most recent one was a client who couldn't lose a pound and was taking multiple medications per day. She has now been taken off all medications and is only a couple pounds away from her long term goal. -25Lbs

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you can communicate clearly and often with your trainer. That means being able to ask a question and get an educated answer as to why you have to do something or what it does. Also, make sure you have set terms on how you can communicate whether it be by phone, text or email.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do you have any injuries, medications, or health issues?

What is your level of fitness?

How many times per day do you eat?

Do you have events that affect your goal, example a vacation or wedding you want to look good for?

Why do you believe you will commit to your goals?

When you look in the mirror what are the things you would change the most about your body?
