I have had a passion to help people transform their body to their goals needs and wants. My approach is based off training and eating smarter, not always harder.
Most clients come to me for a personalized structure or how I refer to it "turn by turn gps guide," to tone and tighten trouble areas. Our customized mobile application helps cover this
My experience is over a decade of helping people from all walks of life. Some of my best services are weightloss, diet consulting, and stretching. Some of my favorite things to train are legs, glutes, arms and abs.
I have worked as a workshop instructor for NFPT, certifying private trainers such as myself, and trainers in the corporate world such as orange theory or La fitness
Improving people's lifestyle through health and fitness. My biggest accomplishments are hearing the words thank you from my clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal trainer (10 years) NFPT
Studied massage therapy, stretching, diet & macro nutrient distribution, neuro kinetic therapy
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
How did you get started teaching?
My passion as a kid has always been helping people and sports. I grew up playing soccer and other sports so being active was natural for me. At the age of 14 I was interested in learning how to weight train. It started with a weight training class in highschool. Then at 16 came my first gym membership. My curiosity about health and fitness paired with my own personal goals drove me to get certified as a personal trainer at the age of 18. Since then I have been able to not only educate myself as a personal trainer but also have the opportunity to work as an educator, and get licensed as a massage therapist.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of people. While weight loss/fatloss is the most common client, I have also helped people recovery from injury, gain weight or muscle, get off medications, improve sports performance.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Some of my most fond memories are my clients success stories. My most recent one was a client who couldn't lose a pound and was taking multiple medications per day. She has now been taken off all medications and is only a couple pounds away from her long term goal. -25Lbs
