My name is Ross.
I believe the YOUR MIND is the largest and most powerful muscle in your body.
I have an Exercise Science and Nutrition degree from the University of Florida. I have been boxing and practicing martial arts most of my life. I also work in corporate wellness where I teach all types of health, wellness, weight loss, and fitness classes. I have been training people for over 20 years.
I love the opportunity to teach something new, for a client/student to perform a new technique or practice, but most importantly, to adopt a healthy NEW perspective of themselves, their body and their overall fitness and wellness!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Establishing what a client wants is the first priority. We need to know what we want first before we design a program aimed at achieving that goal.
Our second directive to understand WHY you want this goal, in order to construct our motivational tools to achieve this!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Florida.
I have a C.S.C.S, (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialty,) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. This is a pre-requisite to designing programs for collegiate and professional athletes.
I currently develop and lecture on a multitude of topics from back and knee injuries, holistic health, and weight loss.
I have been training people, teaching all types of fitness classes and lecturing for over 20 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I would start my single hour sessions rate at 85 per hour. If you buy 10 at a time I can go down as low as 65 per hour.
I can also train small and larger groups at a discounted rate.
