About
As a Kinesiologist and a long time Personal trainer I have deeper understanding of a movement from biomechanical, anatomical and physiological standpoint.
That qualifies me to pinpoint and correct any possible weak points that one might have. By addressing them we're able to build a strong foundation. At which further progress can be made with safe and healthy workout programs designed specifically according to one's current fitness and health level.
If I were to pick one thing that gives me absolute joy and pleasure that would be feeling of happiness and content on my clients faces once they reach their goals. Every workout requires a certain type of sacrifice. There are no shortcuts towards your goals. Sometimes it gets hard and you have to reach deep down within yourselves to find a way to push through. Seeing you going through that, supporting you and motivating you towards your goals makes me proud and pushes me even harder to get you there. Changing peoples lives and turning them into happy individuals...it's the best job on the planet,

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I establish a rapport where we try to get in sync with each other, understand each other's feeling and ideas. Define short and long term goals etc.
Then I do a postural assesment to see if there is something that needs to be addressed first. Afterwards we continue with movement and technique training. Once basics are covered, real fun starts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professor of Kinesiology.
ACE (American Council of Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer
AED/CPR Certified
Insured
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children (elementary school), teenagers, adults, basically every age group so far.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
We don't bite. The more information you're able to provide us regarding your lifestyle, habits, desires, fears etc. helps us to understand you better and to find what works the best for you. At the end of the day it's a teamwork.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Like I mentioned before, ask anything and everything. There are no wrong questions.
