What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin from the base by teaching the fundamental movements and then moving to teaching the most difficult movements.
When we do personal lessons we give you the opportunity that the client chooses his training schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in physical culture and I have records won in MMA and weight since 2005 the 3rd Dan black tape in Karate Shoto kan style

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching from Cuba I was coach and worked in an institution call Mártires de Barbados ( E.I.D.E) high performance athletes
