I cater to the individual needs of my clients. I provide a structured suggested meal plans with a variety of workout programs which lead to positive results and progress. I have 10 years personal training experience. With that experience comes a lot of research and passion into changing lives for optimum health and longevity.
Knowing that I'm helping someone become healthy , or on helping someone reach a goal. Knowing that I'm passing on knowledge to someone who later on down the road can help someone else.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process is finding out why they want to workout, and how committed they are to their goals. How is the eating regimen. How are their sleeping habits. Just in general , them understanding what it is that I expect from them. And what it is they expect from me.
