I've been involved in the sport of boxing for over 10 years and in that time I've developed a training technique that greatly improves physical fitness and performance and (most importantly) mental acuity. I want students to be able to take what they learn from me and apply it to their every day lives. I'm extremely passionate about the sport and I'm motivated to get you results and help you improve physically and mentally.

Ely is an amazing boxing coach! He takes the time and spends the time needed to help train my son who is a beginner. What was supposed to be just learning to defend himself and to learn how to put anger in the right place my son now wants to take boxing further. I first learn what the students personal fitness goals are, once's that is established we don't waste time and the real work begins. Everyone learns differently and at their own pace however to keep things fun I train everyone as though they are training to compete professionalally.

I also have a medically background in radiology. I'm a certified X-ray, CAT scan and MRI technologist I work with a large variety of sports related injuries.
