I've been involved in the sport of boxing for over 10 years and in that time I've developed a training technique that greatly improves physical fitness and performance and (most importantly) mental acuity. I want students to be able to take what they learn from me and apply it to their every day lives. I'm extremely passionate about the sport and I'm motivated to get you results and help you improve physically and mentally.
I love helping people reach their fitness goals while watching them become stronger and more confident.
Ely is an amazing boxing coach! He takes the time and spends the time needed to help train my son who is a beginner. What was supposed to be just learning to defend himself and to learn how to put anger in the right place my son now wants to take boxing further. I would recommend him to beginners, amateurs and heavyweights!!!!!
Great coach and nice person all around and very patient
Very knowledgeable!! and in just 2 months he drastically helped me change my mind set and my body...Highly Highly Highly recommend Ely!!! A+++++++ boxing coach
Very informative, taught me a lifestyle.. Teaches foundation and for experience level..
I first learn what the students personal fitness goals are, once's that is established we don't waste time and the real work begins. Everyone learns differently and at their own pace however to keep things fun I train everyone as though they are training to compete professionalally.
I'm a level 1 certified USA boxing coach.

I generally charge 30$ per session, if a client books multiple sessions per week I scale the pricing down significatly (aprox 50% off) for up to 3 sessions. for example 1 session is 30$ 2 sessions are a total of 50$ and 3 sessions would be a total of 60$.
other options available, group discounts also available.
My old coach loved the way I worked with newer fighters at his old gym and when he was busy I would help, I started to enjoy teaching more than I enjoyed competing so I never looked back.
I've worked with professional fighters, armatures and many people who are just looking for a new way to have fun while staying in shape. At the moment most of my students are new to boxing and are working professionals who are tired of the gym.
Ask as many questions as possible, and be as clear as you can about your intentions and goals.
Think about short term and long term goals. Be sure you're ready to commit to a challenging but fun fitness journey.
