About
Trif3cta fitness is the knowledge of health and fitness of the mind, body and soul. I would like to know my clients as people. Their strengths and weaknesses as well, likes and dislikes are very important for health and fitness recovery and growth. I am a coach and motivator as well as nurturer and a friend. Your goals are my goals and together we can achieve lifelong health through education and molding of the mind, body and soul.
There is nothing better than seeing a client happy with their progress and changes they see in their health and fitness. To see a client not be able to do a movement or exercise on day 1 and crush it on day 30, that's how we meet our goals in real time and that is the motivation we all need.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Everyone is different and requires different ways and methods to achieve their fitness goals. During the initial assessment when I meet a client and walk them through there first workout, this is when the planning begins. ππ½
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Health and fitness is put into such a narrow box that we look for all of these mathmatical solutions found in a book. All of the answers we've ever needed were passed down through generations with every generation Caring less than the last until we have found ourselves where we are now. Though we do live more sedentary lives than ever before fitness today is more about smarts, will power, motivation and planning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My goal is to get you fit, I am flexible with prices based on the need and goals of the client.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always been a teacher. My fitness as a child was good. In high school I got side tracked by life as we all do and put on some weight. I was 180 lbs at 5'5 and you would never guess because of my body type and how evenly distributed my weight was. I felt uncomfortable in most clothing and wore sweats most of the time. But then there was a point where I realized I lost myself and that was where my own personal journey began. Over the years I have studied, researched, and worked on my own goals. Ten years later, I am a solid 150 lbs, and there is nothing in the gym I can not do. I compete in women's flag football, CrossFit and love to move in any way I can. It really is a journey, I'm just the tour guide.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love watching the CrossFit games every year and have been watching for 5/6 years. It gets me out of my seat and I to the gym with aspirations π
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Finding a coach that is both suitable and compatible to your needs, lifestyle and personality is important. A coach relationship should be similar to a good friend, reliable, considerate and understanding but also honest and firm in what is right and good for you and your life.
