Sifu Och Wing Chun Kung Fu, located in Lakeland, Florida, was founded in 2006 by 3x certified Master Sifu Och. Known as the only Florida Wing Chun School certified, tested, and trained in four different Ip Man lineages, it offers comprehensive training in Wing Chun Kung Fu, kickboxing, self-defence, and fitness for all ages. From Monday to Friday, they offer a unique training experience influenced by the monks of Shaolin. Their classes focus on improving cardio, strength, and flexibility while teaching effective fighting techniques, grappling, and weapon use.
