I'm a passionate Personal Trainer; always willing to help my clients to reach their goals.
All I ask for my clients is two main things: time and commitment. Once I've got those two YESes, we are good to go. I am passionate about what I do. I love working with people, I love challenging people and I love challenging myself. Training someone goes beyond giving them a workout routine. Training someone is being their "psychologist", to be there for them, is to be knowledgeable, to be patient, to be able to communicate, to listen. Whenever I train someone, I am as professional as I can be, I am a teacher, a companion, a motivator.
I've been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and I love what I do every day a little bit more.
I got qualified as a Personal Trainer and Weightlifting Trainer in Argentina around 2 years ago. 9 months ago, I got qualified as a Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycling and TRX Instructor in London.
I've worked in different fields in this industry. I began as a Crossfit Coach, then moved into Functional Training and Personal Training Sessions. Then got a job on a cruiseship where I got to teach Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates and TRX.

Before working with a new client, I ask the person about what their goals are, what they want to achieve and how we can achieve it together.
