First we will have an initial consultation where I will do a personal assessment and create your individualized routine. We will discuss which areas you want to work on, and eventually find your strengths and weaknesses, and what type of movements/exercises/workouts you enjoy the most. That way we can get you on a path to a healthier lifesyle.

Amazing trainer. I would recommend Yassir to any of my friends because he is very good when understanding what you need and how to get results. He is very passionate and you can tell he knows what he is doing. When in class he is always on top of you making sure you are doing all of the exercises correctly and that you are breathing properly.
