I love impacting the lives of individuals who seak help . There is nothing on earth more gratifying to me then helping people with their Fitness goals. Helping people overcome there fears and limitations through fitness gives me purpose and the necessary drive to continue my efforts on this quest to help heal people simply. In my life experience's I've discovered that through fitness I've been able to impact peoples lives like never before providing hope and relief from health issues of High Blood pressure to Scoliosis helping in restoring full range of motion , strength and complications 1 surfers from poor dieating!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each client receives a personal folder containing there measurements . I take BMI body fat meausurements and index. I address the clients injurys as well as fitness goals and then use that same information to create a Personal Workout Plan. I provide my clients with nutrional coaching and 100% natural weightloss information as well !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR certified and Personal Fitness Training certification. I currently work at 24 Hour Fitness as a Master Trainer with over 10 yrs experience in personal training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$40 per session if client purchases I more the 1 session I will lower the rate to $35 session
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with personal training as a child. I was always intreged by the the physical body and its boundaries. Sports were always my fascination weither its was basketball or gymnastics I participated in all sports. 1 day a person walked up to and inquired if I chardge for training judging by my physic they assumed I was a personal trainer.From that day I decided to get my cerctification so I can proper teach fitness . After receiving my certification I eventually took on the same person who first inquired about personal as my first client.
What types of students have you worked with?
High Blood pressure, Scoliosis, Cancer, vertigo, cleints who suffer from depression, elderly, athletes and couples
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I haven't been to an event since the covid pandemic. With that being said last event I attended a Miami Dolphins try out and it was amazing watching the regiment the athletes commit to in order to make it to that level of athleticism. I learned alot the dat about Professionalism and dedication !!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the trainer you choose has all their certificatons . Let them know your schedule in advance to see if they able to commit to your workout schedule or make a compromise.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure you are aware of your injurys as well as your weaknesses so the trainer can properly assist your needs and it it wil also prevent agravating any pre existing conditions or injurys you may have.
