What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An initial assessment is done so I can determine my clients fitness level abilities and form. A variety of strength and endurance training. I inquire about any previous injuries and lifestyle. Also eating habits and work schedule along with this information and their goals I customize a personalised program they can stick with and maintain as a lifestyle
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as personal trainer for over 15 years. My knowledge is in strength training body transformation and weight loss. I am Also trained in pre and post surgery training and stretching modalities. I continue my education by attending workshops, continuing education credits and health seminars. also enjoy and attend fitness expos which keep me up to date with the latest news in the fitness industry.
How did you get started teaching?
Exercise is my passion, I enjoyed it so that I made it my career.
