What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a Health & Fitness evaluation to determine your unique level. We then create a plan that includes custom personal training and nutrional advice to help you reach those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Coconut Grove Health & Fitness we are fully staffed with our own in house licienced Nutritionist & NASM certifified personal trainers that have the experience to help you reach your own unique goals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We offer a health & Fitness Evaluation at $65 which includes and weight-in, BMI, Body Fat Testing, Measurments, goals setting and intro workout.
How did you get started teaching?
We begin with a health & Fitness evalutation which help us determine your fitness level and to create our plan for success. We begin each workout with a Warm-up, Stretch and finsih with a workout the trainer will lead you though depending on the goals for that particular day.
What types of students have you worked with?
we have worked with clients of all walks of life from young teens wanting to improve in specific sports to seniors looking to improve their overall quality of life.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would make sure they have all the proper Certs & proof of insurance before working with them. actually google who they clam to be certified and make sure it is a reputable source. i would also make sure that they have experince training with clients of your level and unique needs.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be realistic with your goals in mind and how long it will truly take to reach those goals the right way! weight loss and muscle building are a journey and sometime take months or even years to achieve them completly. Setting good habits are a way to create a lifestyle change that will benefit you for years to come.
