    I loved the process. The workout was about 20 minutes but I didn't sweat profusely because the workout was slow and easy. This incredible workout really worked my muscles in only 2-3 minutes per machine, and I definitely felt it the following day. I loved the fact that the medical grade machines made the "slow push and pull" of the weights much smoother than trying to workout on my cheap home gym. The trainers were effective in making me go that one extra rep and the facility was very relaxing.
