About
Variety. If I had to use one word to describe my personal training services, I would use the word "variety". One of my biggest attributes as your trainer would be adapting to your needs. TOGETHER, we will maximize your strengths and develop your untapped potential as well.
What I enjoy most about being a Personal Trainer, would most undoubtedly be connecting with my client. Finding out what a person desires most, and being able to help them bring out the better version of themselves is self-rewarding.
I began my fitness journey in 2012 when I ruptured my Achilles tendon playing basketball. I was told that my athletic career was over, and of course, it caused a sub-conscious mental break down. One day, I went to the gym--and when I walked in I observed that everyone in this building was driven. That motivated me to push my body like I never did before--which created a passion for me to help people who started off just like me.
Currently in 2018, I am an active boxer my most recent fight was in Sanford Fl , and I walked away with the victory to stay indefeated. The best thing about me is I will incorporate all my knowledge and your goals together; to come up with the most effective workout just for you.
