
I love helping people change their lives! So many people struggle with being unhealthy and they're not as happy as they want to be. So they mask their appearance with alot of makeup because that's how they feel pretty. They will get their nails done and their hair styled because they feel if they can have people focus above their neck or at their hands, people won't focus on the rest of their body. People will buy bigger clothes, or dress in all black, or wear girdles to hide their weight. My job is to get them to feel confident and beautiful whether they're male or female. They do these things because they're not confident and deep down, they don't feel beautiful. I was them, before I decided to get healthy, and once I did, I finally started to smile in my photos! If you've struggled with your weight, and you're tired of people staring at you, or tired of not having energy, or tired of hating what you look like in the mirror, then let's change it together. Let's get you in the best shape of you're life, and watch the haters mouth drop!!!! That's the joy I get, to help someone finally love themselves and feel confident and truly happy. But the greatest joy is knowing that I've helped them potentially live alot longer, because they're alot healthier, than when I first met them.
I enjoy seeing the transformation in someone's life. Getting in shape is one thing, but when you're confident and truly happy, it starts to change people's outlook on life.

I had a lot of health problems and the doctor told me I needed to lose weight or have a possible heart attack or worse. I decided to try and lose weight and get in shape. Kirk was a great trainer. He knew what I needed to lose the weight and I lost 110 lbs. And got some muscle along the way! He kept me accountable and didn't let me give up on myself!

My first goal is to learn about their journey. So I let them tell me about themselves, their struggles, and what their goal is, and most importantly, their why. Why do you want to do this. They need to know this answer, because if its not known, most people won't stick to it. I want to lose weight isn't good enough. Why do you want to lose the weight?
