What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will prepare sessions depending on the goals, needs and type of training a student requires. I like to know of any previous injuries or workout experience. Taking strengths and weaknesses into consideration, providing nothing but the best possible service.

Depends on needs, time, goals, location, etc..

Typical range between 35-45/hr


What types of students have you worked with?

I work with with a variety of people, from young athletes, to everyday gym goers, to those just learning the basics. All are welcome!


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't hesitate to state your needs and goals. Feel free to ask any questions as they come to mind.
