Cristina is a great coach. She is the only coach that has made me realize how fun training can be. The training sessions were fully adapted to my needs and wasn’t anything extreme, I have been slowly progressing and can’t wait for our next session. Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will prepare sessions depending on the goals, needs and type of training a student requires. I like to know of any previous injuries or workout experience. Taking strengths and weaknesses into consideration, providing nothing but the best possible service.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Depends on needs, time, goals, location, etc..

Typical range between 35-45/hr

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with with a variety of people, from young athletes, to everyday gym goers, to those just learning the basics. All are welcome!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't hesitate to state your needs and goals. Feel free to ask any questions as they come to mind.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do you have any injuries? Any previous workout or fitness experience? What exactly are you working towards?
