Hey Guys! My name is Cristina Sweet and I'm a fitness instructor and professional CrossFitter. I have several years of Olympic Weightlifting and Cross Training experience. Working across all domains of fitness, from learning the basics of Olympic Weightlifting, to leading an overall healthier lifestyle through strength and conditioning.

Seeing the progress and development of those that I work with doesn't compare to any other feeling. With this field of work, I know that I can provide a service that not only improves fitness and health but can ultimately change lives.

    Frequently asked questions

    I will prepare sessions depending on the goals, needs and type of training a student requires. I like to know of any previous injuries or workout experience. Taking strengths and weaknesses into consideration, providing nothing but the best possible service.

    I work with with a variety of people, from young athletes, to everyday gym goers, to those just learning the basics. All are welcome!
