I tailor the program specifically to your goals. The first time we meet I take the time to talk with you to truly understand what you are hoping to gain from each session. Whether you are hoping to learn the basic fundamentals of boxing, improve your technique, or simply use boxing techniques in a workout, I am able to build a program around you.
I love seeing my clients surpass goals and expectations. I have seen so many clients grow both mentally and physically and knowing that I can be that extra nudge that helps people reach their full potential is why I love what I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I will assess your goals and fitness level. We will discuss what your goals are and what you hope to get out of each session. For example: If your goal is simply to lose body fat, we will measure your body fat and weight on day one to develop a very specific program to get you where you want to go. After determining what the end goal is, we will work our way backward to create your tailored plan.
It's important to note that each starting point is different!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a competitive boxer for 5 years and I have been a certified personal trainer for 7. For this reason I am able to coach students on boxing fundamentals just as easily as I can incorporate basic boxing moves into cardio workouts for those not interested in actual competition.

Prices PER HOUR:
$50 For one person
$70 For two people paying together
$100-$150 For a session with 4 to 6 people
How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a passion for helping and inspiring others as well as health and fitness. It was a no-brainer once I discovered that I didn't have to choose between the two.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
During our first session, we will discuss how frequent you'd like to workout, how fast you would like to see your results, and what exactly are your goals and aspirations. From there I will be able to tailor a program specifically for you.
