first I evaluate them and analyze their strengths and weaknesses to determine how and what we will train specifically.

I have been playing minor league baseball for 5 years and I've realized what it takes to progress and how to train to have success with baseball evolving.

I was the assistant coach/recruiter at my old alumni in the offseason and I enjoyed sharing my knowledge of the game
