    Motivating and creative! I've been working out with Danie Jones for 6 weeks now - and am seeing major results in both my physical appearance and my energy level! I lost 8 pounds already and am optimistic about the remaining 10 lbs I need to shed to reach my goal weight. I'm very grateful that Danie keeps me motivated! She checks in with me regularly to keep me on track and always has something different planned every time we train. I currently am working out with her 2x a week (recommend it for anyone looking to get serious) for overall toning and heart health. A++ and lots of THANKS!

    Can I just say that I am so happy with my overall feel of my body?! :) I can just feel myself a lot lighter and thinner in some areas. I lost my muffin top! Well, almost. I can feel the arch on my lower back again. Finally. Lol sorry I don't mean to be so graphic. My thighs need more work but diet and strength training will help and I'm not planning on quitting. I can feel more of my real face and I'm not so cheeky when I smile. I don't regret getting into this program at all! Thanks for your support I seriously can't believe I haven't been eating sugary foods or soda. What a huge turnaround for me! It's also helped me stay constant at the gym :) it's just a good feeling, Im glad.

    Danie is amazing. Not only can she design specific workouts for you, but she takes past injuries and personal limitations into consideration. I’ve seen marked improvements and really appreciate that I can still make progress despite lingering issues with my joints. Danie just creates workouts that strengthen those weaknesses and helps me get stronger everywhere else! Also, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had the same workout twice, so I can guarantee that boredom will never be an issue! So, if you’re in it to win it, give Danie a call. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I usually set up a consultation then take beginning measurements go over diet information and goals and come up with a game plan as to how to accomplish goals and how long I think it will take.
