About
i teach inside stuff--profound, beautiful, intelligent, functionally mystical yoga that encompasses all of its elements (chakras, mudras, bandhas, pranayama, mantras, et dang-cetera). My instruction is strong but gentle; intense but loving and accessible to all. The meditation techniques i offer are a practical guide to the mystery. i guarantee fascination and fun
