About this pro

"There's something really special about your training techniques." We are told this often. We’ve decided to drop the rate so you can see for yourself. Now, there's no excuse!
Our typical client range from ages 30-95, with most of our clients being over 50. Home Fitness Professionals was originally created to help active seniors who suffer from pain due to past injuries and aging. Eventually, we began working with clients who have physiological issues ranging from back pain to arthritis. We are here to get you into the best shape of your life. We are here to help you look and feel better.
By using little to no impact exercises we've devised, and incorporating post rehab and the lastest up-to-date training techniques, we've helped thousands of clients improve their strength, balance, flexibility, and quality of life. For the more advanced clientele, we have high intensity half hours available.
You can come to our gym in Marietta, or we can come to you. Please visit our website at homefitpro.com for more info and leave us a message.
Damon Hawkins

I love helping people meet their fitness goals. I also practice Falun Gong, an ancient qigong practice from China. I love to teach clients the practice and exercise. I do not charge a penny for teaching these exercises to participants. Therefore, I have something for everyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Every potential client begins with a body assessment. I take note of the participants age, restrictions, and weaknesses. I then focus on their abilities by designing tests based on balance, flexibity, etc, all depending on the clients age and activity level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over the years I've accumulated multiple certifications, from AFAA to IFAA to the nation's most prestigious ACSM. In my later years I've focused more on post rehab and function training. I also have an associates degree in dietetics.
